This project presents a business plan and brand concept for a sustainable, customer-driven perfume experience. The core idea is to sell 100% natural essential oils that enable customers to create their own personalized perfumes at home — a creative, do-it-yourself (DIY) approach to fragrance.

Beyond product sales, the concept includes an interactive digital platform where users can craft, share, and discover unique perfume formulas. This community-driven ecosystem encourages users to exchange experiences, receive personalized fragrance advice, and explore tailored product recommendations.

Memberships foster ongoing engagement, connecting users through shared passion for natural scents while supporting an environmentally friendly approach to beauty and fragrance. The project demonstrates how data from user-generated content can optimize the customer experience and drive sustainable sales growth.

My role encompassed business strategy, concept development, brand identity, and platform user experience, showcasing my skills in strategic design, user-centered innovation, and sustainable branding.
